I ran my first 15k last Sunday. It was hard but good…and surprisingly entertaining. There are so many different types of runners and running attire(or lack thereof), all ages and races, what a unifiying sport…I think I’m officially addicted. My friend Jessica is a freak of nature and she won first place in her division (there were only 3,000 runners or so) and I’m so proud of her, as well as our whole team who all finished valiantly! Yay for team Highland Park and congrats to Jessica, Melissa, Caroline, and Rainey.
